Thanks for all your supporting suggestions!!!

So...if I get this right, mix a container of cottage cheese with the SF cool whip & a package of SF jello?  That sounds kind of strange.  Do you blend the cottage cheese so it doesn't have the curds or do you just leave it like it is?

I'll give it a try and let you know...

No blending the cottage cheese first....Just mix all together...Its actually yummy....Some people even add crushed pineapple...I really like mine mixed with lime jello the best

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only TRUE FRIENDS will leave footprints in your heart...And may that friendship have such a ONENESS that when one weeps the other will taste salt...Friends are like balloons ; once you let them go you can't get them back....So I'm going to tie you to my heart so I never lose you.

Do a search online for Fluff. But this is generally how it's made. You can use any gelatin. I know use sugar free gelatin and cool whip and I can't tell the difference. Hope this helps! Christine (internetnut)

Lemon Fluff

 ounces whipped topping (small container)
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese (small container)
  • 4 ounces lemon gelatin
  • 12 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained well (small can)
  •
  • Mix all ingredients together, gelatin goes in as powder. Chill and serve with whipped topping.
