HELP FATTY LIVER DIET
I AM ON MY FATTY LIVER DIET WHERE I AM ABLE TO HAVE CHICKEN, TURKEY, & FISH, FAT FREE DAIRY PRODUCTS, FAT FREE DRESSING, SEASONINGS, VEGGIES (EXCEPT CORN & POTATOES) AND FRUITS. i CANT EAT MORE THEN 10 GRAMS OF FAT PER DAY. IM ON THIS FOR A COUPLE MORE DAYS NOW AND IM BORED W/ ALL MY RECIPES AND I JUST DONT FEEL FULL. ANY GOOD RECIPES FOR THESE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS?
This is more of a question rather than a comment. I'm right in the beginning of my program...I just went to my pcp to start a 3-month diet required by my insurance. My bariatric surgeon had me get an ultrasound...and they called today while I was at work and said they have scheduled me for an MRI of my liver in 4 days! I'm a little panicked. I didn't get to talk to them personally...just a voice message. How did hey diagnose that you had a fatty liver? Is it serious? I don't understand why they scheduled it already and so quickly...? It's August and the soonest I can have my surgery is December because of the insurance requirements...Any info you could give me would be much appreciated.
