I bought some about a week ago for just eating but I plan to make some baked goods with them such as peach crisp and cobbler. I useually make as useual but now I'll replace the useual with Splenda. I will also add some vanilla protein powder to make them more healthy. I think it was eggface that has a peach cobbler recipe using pancake mix. Hope this helps! Christine (internetnut)

I made apple crisp for one the other day - don't remember where I got the recipe but basicially it was about half an apple, peeled and sliced. Topping was maybe 1/3 cup oats mixed with brown sugar splenda, cinnamon, and butter. Put the apples in a dish, put on the topping, and microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes. Yummy!
