making a cookbook

I am starting a business to be able to provide low-income families the help they need for their children with special needs.  I have been a special education teacher for 6 years, but feel there is more I can do to serve the population.  I am hoping to do visual supports (communication books, schedules, file folder games, etc.), advocacy and home tutoring.  I have a lot of the supplies already but need a few expensive pieces of equipment.  Thus I have decided to make a cookbook.  I am looking for 2 things.... 1 I need recipes (any kind, gastric bypass related and not) I will be giving credit to whoever submits them; and then when I complete the cookbook towards end of August I will be selling them.  If any of you would like to contribute or want more information please email me at [email protected]
