ricotta cheese and sauce recipie?

anyone know how to just do ricotta cheese and pasta sauce? do i just eat it cold? put in it the microwave? what works? please help cause i'm HUNGRY!

I cooked turkey sausage and added the sauce put the cheese on top. Yummy!

I just put ricotta in a bowl.  Top with sauce and then add some mozz or parm cheese.  Put in microwave till hot and then stir and eat.

I don't think I could eat it cold! 

I'm with you Anastasia.....that's how I ate it too....couldn't do the cold way!

I don't care for Ricotta, but used cottage cheese topped with mozzarella, heat it and then add Prego
