BAKE in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
PAN COOKIE VARIATION: PREPARE dough as above. Spread into greased 15"x10" jelly-roll pan. Bake in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (>5,200 feet): INCREASE flour to 2 1/2 cups; add 2 teaspoonfuls water with flour; reduce both granulated sugar and brown sugar to 2/3 cup

I usually follow the motto, if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing... But, I just have to say something here. It is fun to share recipes with everyone and we all learn from each other. So I just do not get your recipes. Have you had surgery, lost weight and kept it off? If you are eating these kinds of foods, you are heading for a world of trouble. There are many recipes out there that are low sugar and low carbs. You keep posting things that are neither of these, plus some are a bit strange.
Most RNY folks will have problems if they have regular sugar. Not everyone. Also, carbs are OK in moderation, but they will also get many back on the road that got them fat in the first place.
Try to make better choices in your ingrediants. Just a suggestion. Terry
