Peanut Butter Balls w/ nutritional info

1 cup Peter Pan No Sugar Added Peanut Butter
1 pkg Health Wise Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
1 scoop Lean Dessert Whipped Vanilla Protein Powder
1/8 cup Benefiber
1/8 cup Splenda
1 oz Pecans, chopped

Nuke peanut butter in microwave for 30 secs. Add in othere ingredients and stir to well blended.  Drop tablespoons full of mixture into container, cover, and refrigerate.

This sounds good.... I'd never thought of adding the benefiber... good way to get it in!

Once I finish up my last batch, I'll try this one.  I was trying to figure out what to do with my Low Sugar Oatmeal.  I don't really like it out of the package, this sounds like a good use for it.

I think you could use Quaker oats weight loss oatmeal too. It has 1gram of sugar in a packet.

I love peanut butter balls...and they are great for protein and the natural oils.  I pretty much don't use fats so it's great.  However, what is the maximum number of PB balls can we safely have in one day?  Sometimes I have four.  Two in the morning and two at night.  Would that stall my weight loss?  I've just started making them for the past two weeks.  I just want to make sure i'm not overdoing it.  Thanks!
