Summer in a Pie
SUMMER IN A PIE
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 container of Fat Free Cool Whip
1 can of Condensed Skim Milk
8 packets of splender
1 1/2 to 2 cups of a berry fruit (like blueberries and strawberries ect)
1 Low Fat Graham Cracker pie crust
Mix lemon juice Splender and Condensed Milk together - then add Cool Whip ..continued to mix then fold in the berry fruit. Mix all ingredients then pour into the graham cracker crust. Freeze for at least 5 hours - remove from freezer for about 30-45 minutes to thaw before serving.
It was such an easy recipe to make and it was healthy. Nice sweet treat you swear it tastes just like creamy ice cream and only a fraction of the calories....
