Hello,
I have a recipe that is just completely delicious!!Try it out!
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of veggie oil
1 cup of chopped/cut baby carrots
1/2 cup of baking soda
1 pack of 12 eggs
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 325 degrees and place a pan with water in it on a burner, wait 5-10 minutes before it's boiling.Once you see it boiling then put 1 piece of chopped/cut baby carrot in the pan.
Grab a large sized bowl and crack 8 eggs leaving the egg shells aside but the egg yolks in the bowl, then pour 2 teaspoons of veggie oil in the bowl,2 teaspoons of sugar,2 teaspoons of baking soda, and 3 teaspoons of water in the bowl and stir it until all evenly mixed.
Then grab another bowl (Medium Sized) and pour 8 teaspoons of baking soda,3 teaspoons of sugar,4 teaspoons of veggie oil,and the rest of the carrots in the bowl, stir!
Pour this stuff into the larger bowl, wait 2-4 minutes, then pour the stuff that is in the big bowl into the pan and then pour the rest of the ingredients into the pan, wait until the oven is completely done.

I am curious about this...can you post a pic?
Do you really pit one PIECE of carrot in the boiling water and save the rest?
I understand leaving the shells aside and putting the egg yolks in the bowl...do you use the egg whites too?
Could you use Splenda?

No,No,you put all the carrots in the boiling water.
Yes,you can use splenda if you want,it makes it sweeter and tastier, wanna try it give it a shot,I dont have any pics of it,I dont know the name of it either,my mom just wrote the recipe and not the name, she died on July 20th,2008.

How long to you cook the carrots in the water?
Do you use the egg whites or just the yolks?
How long do you bake it?
Do you just pour the sugar on top except for the small amount you add in the cooking part?
Please reread and edit this recipe for clarity.
