INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
- 1 (15.8 ounce) can BUSH'S® BEST Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups diced mango
- 1 cup diced sweet red bell pepper
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 seeded jalapeno pepper, minced
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine ingredients in bowl. Toss and serve.

I made it last night and let me tell you all it is De-lish!!!! What a nice flavor combination. Yummo!! I served it with BBQ pork chops but it would compliment many other things.
And I have to also say it just looks good in the bowl too with all the colors in there...the black, red, green and orange. Very appealing to the eye.....
Come on everyone.....give it a try.
