I post these on a reply to a greek yogurt question from the other day but though I would repost to share these recipes.

8 oz greek yogurt
4 oz ff cream cheese (softened)
4 oz feta cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cucumber (shredded)

Mix together greek yogurt, cream cheese, feta cheese, and garlic.  Allow to sit at least 3 hours to meld flavors.  Shred cucumbers over a paper towel and salt and pepper to taste.  Allow cucumber to sit for 15 minutes to absorb some of the moisture.  Mix cucumber into dip.  Eat on fiber crackers, veggies, meat, or by itself.

8 oz greek yogurt
4 oz ff cream cheese
2 tblsp sf cool whip
1 pkg sf pudding

Blend together.  Sometimes I add milk depending on the thickness I desire at the time.  Eat with fruit or by itself.

I live in Utah so I dont have a Trader Joes or anything out here.  We have something called Sunflower Market I believe, and then Good Earth.  Where do you get your greek yogurt?

Hi!  I get my greek yogurt from a store called Fresh Market.  It's an organic grocery store that sells a lot of local grown produce.  You may can go to the website for a particular brand and see if a store near you carries it.  Some of the brand names are: Fage,  Stonyfield Farms Oikos, Chobani,  and Voskos (my personal favorite).  Good luck to you!
