This isn't sexy enough for you?  An idea is to make them into bite sized pieces and feed them to one another....the trick is to puree different things..like...rasberries...or black berries... and put them into small ramekans....natural fruits won't be nearly as bad as some sugared chocolate topping...so all natural is very sexy....  dice pears and after a bit, take a small bit of pears....so tasty....    if cheesecake isn't for you, then you can do a baked brie with pears, or strawberries....as for the bottle...I wouldn't bring anything....you bring the dessert, you let him worry about what he needs to drink, 4 months outta RNY and you'll not like what the drinky does to you (at least not yet)....just some ideas for this sexy evening thing that you can enjoy without guilt or worrying about your new little tummy.....Afterall....who needs guilt when we're talking about something sexy right?

T's Baked Cheesecake ....low carb…

Ingredients:

5 packages of 8 oz cream cheese

4 large eggs

¾ cup Splenda

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream

¼ tsp lemon zest

A dash of nutmeg

Preparation:

It also must be cooked completely or the texture will not be right.

Make sure that cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature (very important).

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a spring form pan with a non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, cream, sweetener, and extract.

Add cream cheese in small chunks for easier beating.

Now is a good time to add the lemon zest.

Add the dash of nutmeg.

After all the lumps are gone pour into the pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.

Refrigerate, leave this in the fridge for no less than a full night!!!

Any type of Berry can be used for the topping. I love blueberries personally due to the fact they have such a punch of flavor and are full of great things that are healthy for you. I would also suggest a few sliced strawberries…. This thing is heavenly when done right. Take your time, follow the steps and let me know how it turns out for you!
