Quick, easy, and healthy meal

Sausage and coleslaw mix

Ingredients:

1 med. onion, diced
1 tbls. olive oil
1 lb. ground bulk Italian sausage
I pkg cole slaw mix
2 Tbls low sodium soy sauce
Mrs Dash or other seasoning of your choice
Uncle Ben's brown rice

Directions:

Dice a medium onion and saute in olive oil until transparent,
Add crumbled up sausage and brown....drain.
Add cole slaw mix, seasonings, and soy sauce.  Turn stove down to simmer, and coo****il the
cole slaw mix has cooked down, stirring occasionally.

Cook brown rice according to pkg directions.  Serve sausage/cole slaw mix
over rice.  May add more l.s. soy sauce if desired.

A quick and easy meal.  Takes about 20-25 minutes to prepare entire meal.
