I made this recipe a few days ago and added a few extra ingredients to it.  My husband and I both loved it.  I am going to try the pistachio sf pudding mix on the next batch.

Pineapple Fluff Recipe & Variations:  (From a Weigh****cher's cookbook)

1 20 oz. can Crushed Pineapple in it's own juice (Chilled & do not drain)
1 pkg. FF/SF Cheesecake Pudding Mix (dry)
1 tub Cool Whip (I prefer the Sugar Free, but the Free works good too)

Combine the Pineapple & Pudding Mix. Fold in the Cool Whip. I added some chopped pecans and coconut to mine.  OMG....so good!  Makes a great dessert or snack!

 Cherry White Chocolate Dessert:

1 can sugar free Cherry Pie Filling
1 FF/SF White Chocolate Pudding Mix or  FF/SF Cheesecake pudding mix
1 tub Sugar Free Cool Whip

Mix together same as above.

Sorry, but I don't have the nutritional values on these recipes.

I make this at least twice a week!!  I love it!

Here's my version:

1 tub Coolwhip Free
1 tub FF Cottage Cheese (the large one)
1 lg can Crushed pineapple, drained
1 pk SF Lime Jello

Mix all together, refridgerate.

I sometimes sub Orange Jello with No Sugar Added Mandarine oranges or diced strawberries and strawberry jello.

The coconut and pecans sounds GOOOOD!!  Like a blizzard or something...

These sound yummy.

These tubs of cool whip, can you tell me how many ounces?  When I went to the store, my supermarket carries 3 different tub sizes, so now I'm not sure how much to use.
Thanks!

I use the 8 oz size container of cool whip.  Sometimes I get the sugar free cool whip and other times I get the Lite cool whip.

I am experimenting with different variations of this dessert.  So far, I've made the pineapple fluff, and I've made the pistachio fluff (using the small box of sf pistachio dry pudding added to the pineapple).  I added miniature marshmallows, chopped walnuts and coconut to this mixture.  I will try another kind using different  fruits and sf puddings....like fresh strawberries with the cheescake pudding mix or white chocolate mix. with marischino (sp) cherries.

 The combinations may be endless.

Great thanks for the info!  I am making it tonight.  The other day I did try a strawberry fluff from this board and it was very good!

2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups slices berries
2 cups Light coolwhip
1 pkg SF strawberry jello

SO it has protein too with the cottage cheese, and was yummy.

I worked out the nutritional profile on these fluff desserts:

Pineapple Fluff (made as above, 1/6th of the recipe)
Calories: 107, fat 1 gm,  carbs 24, fibre 1, sugars 13, protein 0

Strawberry fluff (made as above, 1/6th recipe)
Calories: 144, fat 4gm, carbs 12, fibre 4, sugars 7, protein 13gm

With the sleeve I don't dump, so I can eat either, but RNYs need to watch that first one!  But I think the strawberry fluff with the 13 gm protein is a good deal and both of these desserts are quite yummy!

(Both of these I made with 2 cups light cool whip, so that how I counted it in the above)
