Gourmet Greek Recipes

Hey folks,

I'm crazy about gourmet foods and just few days ago I came across some gourme greek recipes on one of the recipes websites. But now I don't remember the recipes.

Is there anybody who will guide me how to prepare gourmet greek cuisine? Is there any recipe?

I love Greek food too!  I find the best way to find recipes is to google the particular one you are wanting to make and then check out the many entries that will come up.  I do like cooking.com, so maybe start there with a search.

In the meantime, here is a to-die-for roast lamb recipe.  It is the first time I have ever been able to duplicate the melt in your mouth roast lamb that you get in Greek restaurants.
