Thank you so much for posting this...just what I was looking for! Im trying to incorporate much more vegetarian meals into our menus, and it is difficult to find WLS vegetarian meals that have protien in it! My husband probably wont be thrilled about it though....he's a definetly a meat eater!!!  thanks again!

I just took at quick peek and wow awsome recipes!  Quick question though> are they your own recipes or are they recipes that you've accumulated from various sites?  I ask because either way is fine but providing the nutritional info would be great (I hate taking a recipe and having to enter all the info into the sparkpeople calculator just to figure out whether or not the nutritional info even works for my diet KWIM LOLOL I know I'm lazy!).  Anyhoo, again great blog!

They are both. If I take them from another source, I site the source, such as The Grit Cookbook, or Coastal Living Magazine, etc.  I will start adding the nutritional info.  THanks for the advice!  Enjoy!
