soy crumbles

are these the same as soy nuts?  My nut says I can have these. Though not quite sure what they are.

Soy crumbles are usually found in the frozen food section and sometimes in produce where the tofu is...It's basically a substitute for ground beef or turkey...We use it in spaghetti recipes or anything that you would normally put ground meat in...It's really good!

I am going to my first support group on Wed morning.  Tuesday night is hard for me due to my work shedule.  If things change I will let you know and look for you

Morning Star makes soy cumbles, I use them to make taco salads and on my flat-out pizzas but you could use them in place of  hamburger meat in anything you make. They have less calories and fat than hamburger meat does.
