Do you have a good recipe for chicken vegetable soup? Thanks ahead, Tammy

Hmmm, I don't have a recipe and yet I make it every time I have leftover chicken in the fridge. Its always different and it depends on what else is in the fridge. The only thing that is always common is tons of parsley and I like chopped Kale in my soups. Other than that, the sky's the limit!

I generally don't put pasta or rice in it, but the last time I made it I did break up a few spagetti noodles in it and it was fine for me.

Chicken Stew

2 - 3 b/s chicken breast, stewed and shredded
2 cans veg-all, drained
1 can 98% FF cream of chicken
salt & pepper to taste

Boil chicken breast until tender, reserving broth. Shredd chicken adding vegetables and chicken to a large sauce pan. Add cream of chicken soup and 1 - 2 soup cans of broth, depending on how thick/thin you prefer your soup. Salt and pepper to taste, simmer on medium heat for approx. 20 minutes.

Mmm, sounds good, but what is veg all? Don't think we have that here but maybe we have an equivilant if I had an idea of what it was.

It is mixed vegetables in a can. It has corn, english peas, green beans, carrots, etc in it. Veg-Al is a name brand. Most store brands say mixed vegetables on the can.
