200 or less calorie main meals
Here are 2 of my recipes. They sure beat Hungry girl, if i may say so myself.
200 or less calorie tuna casserole recipe
Ingrediants
1 package Shirtaki noodles
1 can tuna in water
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1/4 cup fat free chees
1 serving condensed 98% FF campbells cream of mushroom soup
Juice of 1/2 lime
Prepare
1. Rinse Shirtaki noodles well and pat dry. ( this is the most important step)
2. Mix in condensed soup, drained tuna, and mixed vegies
3. Squeeze lime and add juice
4. Mix and add pepper to taste
5. Top w/ FF cheese and bake until warm and cheese melted/crispy, however you like it.
Chili Con Carne
Ingrediants
1 package meatless italian sausage ( I use morning star)
1 large can tomato juice
1 can drained and rinsed kidney beans
1 onion chopped
1 can tomatos w/ chili's ( this adds spice and is optional)
chili powder 1 TBSP
Prepare
Mix all together and cook on medium until onions translucent and soft.
1 cup has less than 200 calories. I do not have the stats w/ me at work, but i believe it was like 168 calories per cup.
These are warm savory and satisfying foods!
