Creamy Spinach Dip

I got this receipe from "Extraordinary Taste - A festive guide for life after WLS". I made it today, and thought it was fabulous, so I thought I would share!

1 ( 8 oz ) Light Cream Cheese
1/2 cup of Light Sour Cream
1/2 of Spinach  (frozen, thawed, and dried)
1/4 cup  Reduced Fat Colby Jack Cheese
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp dill

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add spinach, cheese, dill, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Stir to combine

Dip w/ veggies or crackers

Serving size 1/4 cup of dip with 1/4 cup of veggies =
5 gram fat

1 gram fiber
5.5 gram carbs
