Chicken Flautas !
Chicken breast
Corn tortillas
Toothpicks
Sour cream
2 Avocados
Milk
Lettuce
Tomato
Cilantro
Jalapeño
Salt
Shred the chicken and place in center of tortilla and roll it up (my wife uses toothpicks to keep them rolled up) then you fry with some Natural Balance Oil until crispy or to your liking.
Sauce = I use the Magic Bullet = 2 avocados + cilantro some salt (to your liking) and splash some milk and blend till you get the consistency you would like for your sauce. If you want it spicy you can boil a jalapeño and add it to the blend ( the more little lines the jalapeño has the hotter it will be ) you can serve in a bowl and every one can get what they want or you can spoon over flautas.
To finish this off you can Finley chop some lettuce and tomatoes to add on your plate and sour cream. DON’T forget to remove toothpicks before plating. Finger licking good !
