3 weeks Monday STUCK need some info
Wow!! Great Job--- Don't worry about the plateau... it is a chance for your body to catch up. I also plateau and then start to lose again. Make sure you are getting in all of your protein, you are getting in all of your exercise and staying well hydrated. You may notice your body will change during a plateau, then you will start to lose wt again. I started tracking my plateaus and notice them every 3 weeks- and then I drop another size...... Good luck, follow the program and you will keep having great success.....
