Meatloaf
I use 3/4 turkey with 1/4 hamburger. Mix together with a small can of mushrooms, a small to medium size onion, 1 to 2 eggs, half sleeve of saltines, and an envelope (sometimes 2) of Lipton's Beefy Onion soup mix. Mix all together and wahlah - easiest yummiest meatloaf ever. Granted I never really measure, so it depends on how much you are making as to how much of everything else you use.
Mmmm...saltines.
That sounds really good. I usually make mini-meatloaves in the muffin pan and freeze portions of it for other times. That's really helpful too.
