I put it in the crockpot and sprinkle liberally with powdered brown gravy mix. Make sure you get the powder on all the pieces. Coo****il tender and easily shredded.  If you like onions and peppers cut some of those in there too. I have used this for superbowl and served it on rolls like a french dip sanswich. I used leftovers in tacos, taquitos and burritos. Yum!

Here are some ideas--all go over beef(or chicken or pork) in crockpot---spoon over beef to coat--cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3 hours
1.  1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2.  1/2 cup SF apricot jam and 1/2 cup chopped green onions
3.  1/2 Hoisin sauce (in Chinese food section)
4.  1 can refried beans and 1/2 jar salsa
5.  1 can stewed tomatoes and 1 chopped onion
6.  left over spaghetti sauce (add extra dry Italian seaoning to dump up flavor)

I would make Beef Stew or Stroganoff (my favorite.) Google "crockpot beef tips" and you'll get tons of hits.
