Just had to share this with all of you. It is WONDEFUL!!

3 TB Cornstarch
5 packets of Splenda
1 c water
1 box SF Strawberry Jello
1 pint fresh strawberries, washed & sliced
1 Pie Crust, cooked and cooled
1 container Lite Coolwhip

In small sauce pan, heat cornstarch, splenda and water until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in box of dry jello. Let cool ( I put in frig while I capped and sliced the strawberries). While mixture is cooling, cap & slice berries. When mixture is cooled, fold in strawberries and pour into pie crust. Top with 1/2 container of coolwhip. Cover and place in frig for at least 1 hour prior to servign.

This pie is delicious! It taste so wonderfully good and no one will ever guess it doesn't have sugar in it! Hope you enjoy it!

Recipe looks good, but what size jello and coolwhip do you use.

Thanks

It's a small box of jello and 1/2 a regular size container of coolwhip.

Thanks for the recipe.  I have tried it and really like.  Just one more question---the recipe calls for 5 packets of splenda, but I have a bag of gradulated Splenda.  Do you know how that measures out to packs.

I made the recipe with packs before, but like to use the gradulated kind this time.  I do not want to buy the little packs.

1 1/2 TBSPS Splenda

I do not always have the packets on hand. When I made the pie again over the weekend, I measured the packets to see how much of the bagged to use next time.

I assume you mean 1 1/2 TBSPS equal 5 packs. Am I right?   I know I am a lot of trouble.  Thanks  Ruby
