Creamcicle Cupcakes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I LOVE BSN Lean Dessert Whipped Vanilla)
3 tbs multi grain pancake mix
1 tbs. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
whisk ingredients together
In a separate bowl, mix
3 Tbs. Milk
1 egg
2 tsp SF vanilla Torani or Davinci
1/2 tsp imitation butter flavoring
2 Tbs. canola oil
mix wet ingredients into dry, stir until lump free
Spray muffin tins with Pam nonstick spray (this recipe makes about 5 cupcakes
Bake at 350 until golden brown (about 20 minutes)
Poke holes in cupcakes with a tooth pick Top with :
1/2 box SF orange Jello dissolved in 1/2 C. HO****er, then add 1/2 cup cold water (just like when you make Jello)
Pour Jello mixture over cupcakes, refridgerate cupcakes for 3 hours.
FOR frosting MIX:
remaining 1/2 box Jello
1/2 pkg (small box) dry SF vanilla pudding mix
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C Cool whip
1 tsp vanilla
Top cupcakes with frosting, keep covered and refridgerated, ENJOY! This would also be AWESOME with strawberry or rasberry!
