Protein shake I actually love!
OK soo i have had a hard time finding protein shakes i actually like post op. well here it is!
1 1/2 scoop Nectar Roadside lemonade
1 single serve pack Raspberry lemonade Crystal Lite
8 oz cold water
1 cup of ice
Put in blender and mm mmm like a slushie! LOVE IT!
You can also use Nectar Fuzzy Navel and Crystal Lite Sunrise(orange).
