Ok, I like easy and fast and for the small amount of effort, this was very tasty! Plus high protein, low carb..

1 bag coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix
1 lb shrimp
Braggs or soy sauce to taste
spices to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil

Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a large non-stick pan.  Dump in the bag of slaw.  Stir this around with some sprinkling of Braggs until its cooked and browned.
Add in the shrimp, plus any seasonings (I added in 1 tsp curry powder)
Stir this around until the shrimp is cooked
When done, sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame oil

For post-ops, this makes about 3-4 servings

Hope you like it!

I know!  Bagged coleslaw is my new favorite thing.  I also used it to make cabbage rolls casserole by dumping a bag of the slaw in my slow cooker, 1 lb of browned ground turkey (or beef) and a can of tomato sauce and tomato paste.  Seasonings.  It was like comfort food!
Pre-ops can serve it over rice or potatoes.
