Lowfat Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

I found this recpie and tweeked it to make it lowfat.  It's sooooooooo yummy.  I know it's not exactly fat free but it's low fat and heck we can't eat alot of it anyway.  I don't deprive myself of things I like and want I mean considering I can only eat a few ounces I might as well enjoy them and my eating now is not a drop in the bucket from what I used to eat and I'm still losing so something has to be going right.  I just hope I don't get all kinds of flamed about this.  If you don't want to eat it please just don't and don't flame me for eating things that I like that are not fully fat free and all that.  Hope some of you enjoy it.

Lowfat Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing/Dipping sauce

2      tablespoons chopped onion
1      garlic clove crushed
1/4   cup finely chopped parsley
1      cup lowfat or fat free mayo
1/2   cup fat free sour cream
1      tablespoon lemon juice
1      tablespoon vinegar
1/4  crumbled blue cheese

In medium bowl combine all ingredients.  Add salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Cover and chill.
