Hey everyone,
I just made the most moist crock pot chicken I've ever had. I've been wanting some chicken, but chicken doesnt sit well with me, usually I throw it up, pretty much every time without fail.. but this recipe makes this chicken so moist, that it sits splendidly, so I thought I would share it. I just threw together a bunch of stuff that I had and it turned out wonderful! It makes alot, so just beware that if you dont have a family (or in my case, a hungry husband and/or neighbor) to feed, you will be eating leftovers for weeks, haha :)

Ingredients:
*One 2.5 lbs (40 oz) bag of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
*One bottle of KC Masterpiece Garlic Herb Marinade
*5 wedges light Garlic and Herb laughing cow cheese
(or any flavor would work I guess)
*2 cans campbell cream of chicken soup
*1 can campbell cheddar cheese soup
(or you can do 1 can of chicken and 2 cans of cheddar, its up to you)
*bag of baby carrots
*1/4 cup fresh mild salsa (the kind that must be refridgerated)

-Dump all three cans of condensed soup in the crockpot (turn the crockpot on high, for the time being, to warm up the ingredients)
-Soften the wedges of Laughing Cow Cheese in the microwave and then mix with them with the soups
-Dump entire bottle of the Garlic Herb Marinade with the soup/cheese mixture and blend well
-Put bag of frozen chicken breasts into the mixture make sure all pieces are covered well
-Mix in the bag of baby carrots
-Spratically put salsa on top (or stir in, whatever works)

*Don't forget to turn the crockpot back down to the low setting and let cook for 8 hours.
At the last hour or two, I cut the breasts into smaller pieces so each bite will be that much more flavorful and juicy! They will pull and break apart so easily, they are so tender.

It would be yummy on top of some kind of pasta, if your family are pasta eaters. But it is perfectly satisfactory without :)

Are you talking about raw boneless skinless breasts or some prepackaged already cooked frozen breasts?

The ones that I used were raw, frozen and they came in a plastic freezer bag. Just a bag that are usually around 7 bucks or something.
