Just thought I would share this idea because I threw it together and it was quick and tasted pretty decent.  Take a block of room temperature cream cheese and about half a pack of jello sugar free chessecake pudding powder and a tablespoon or so of milk and mix it together.  you can add more jello if you want but it helped that cheesecake craving for me and i didn't have to cook anything :) yay!

I've heard doing this with Fage greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Have you heard of it? It has an insane amount of protein

I crush almonds into very fine crumbs but not quite as fine as almond flour. more of a crum consistency. Then I use it like i would graham cracker crumbs to make the crust for a cheesecake. Then I take 16 ounce container of fage greek yogurt and mix the entire jello sugar free pudding powder into it. Put this in your crust and viola you have a great cheesecake. I also eat the yogurt with the pudding mixed in with a few berries on top for breakfast. Truly delicious.
