This is a good recipe if you get tired of eating so many eggs for breakfast and its really filling.

From your local grocery deli, buy a pound of slice roast beef, I would eat mine a little thicker, take one slice and lay some cheese you have sliced into thin slices, on top of roast beef. then fold it in half like a sandwich and you can pan fry to melt cheese or you can put it in the microwave to melt the cheese. I like to have this in the mornings for breakfast with a cup of coffee. really low in carbs to.

This works really well if you have a George Forman Grill too.
I love taking ham (two slices) and putting a piece of cheese with a slice of tomato between both slices of ham and putting them in the Forman for like less than a minute. It's like grilled cheese and ham without the bread - super delicious!
