Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 pkg Splenda
- salt, pepper
Directions:

Cook bacon. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Slowly add vinegar, pepper and splenda to bacon grease in pan. Stir and heat till boiling.

Tear spinach into smaller pieces. Add chopped egg, onion, and crumbled bacon.

Pour on hot dressing and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
