Hot or Cold Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 3-4 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped: onion, red pepper, parsley
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled                

    Directions:

    • Mix all ingredients together.

    • Place in refrigerator to cool or bake at 350 for 20 minutes till hot and bubbly.
