Hot or Cold Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz chicken, cooked and shredded
- 3-4 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbspDijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped: onion, red pepper, parsley
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.

Place in refrigerator to cool or bake at 350 for 20 minutes till hot and bubbly.
