Inspired by Eggface!

This is still the first year without my Dad, and his B-Day is coming up this week.  So my sister and I are planning a little get together with Mom and a few family friends.  So we planned on making some of Dad's favorite foods.  He loved German food.
So we got the Brats, the beer, the onions.  The German Potato Salad. 
But we were stumped on the dessert.  Dad's favorite cake was German Chocolate Cake.  Oh so good----but an extreme no-no for me.  So I did a little digging through Eggface's list of Protein Ice Cream, and got inspired.

German Chocolate Protein Ice Cream.

1c.  Vanilla SoyMilk
2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1Tbsp.  Sugar-free Torani White Chocolate Syrup
1Tbsp.  Sugar-free Torani Coconut Syrup
1Tbsp.  Toasted Coconut
2Tbsp.  Chopped Toasted Pecans

****Top with Smuckers Sugar Free Caramel Syrup, toasted Coconut, and toasted pecans***

YUMMM!!!  This looks so good.

My mamaw used to bake me a cake every year for my birthday - German Chocolate Cake - it was my favorite - the best in the world - this reminds me of her and how much I miss her.
