I did this in a pressure cooker, but you can use a slow cooker. If you have your meat cooked already, you can use a regular pot.

Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup

3 pounds corned beef (or any amount you want)

Small bag baby carrots

4 stalks celery

1 large onion

1 large head cabbage

2 quarts chicken broth

2 cups water

Cook corned beef with water and broth in pressure cooker for 45 minutes.

Chop all vegies into small pieces.

Take out meat and cut into small pieces.

Add everything back to pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

I love my pressure cooker and use it all the time. I have all your ingredients, so I'll be making this on Sunday.

Thanks for posting
