I was looking at different ideas that everyone had on here and I came across a cake recipe.  The only thing you did was pour diet soda in with the cake mix.  I think that is all it said to do.  I really want to try this but I am not sure how much diet soda or anything.   Can anyone help me out?  I should have copied it down but it was late and I was soooo tired so I figured I can get it today.  I should have known better.  LOL
Thanks!!!

Doreen

I had a recipe when I did WW for cakes that used diet soda instead of the egg and oil.  It is one can of whatever flavor diet you choose.

Hey Doreen,
I posted this a couple of weeks ago.  You just use one can of soda per cake mix.  Here is the ones I have tried: Yellow cake mix 1 can diet coke, devil food mix 1 can diet coke, strawberry cake mix 1 can diet 7-up, angel food cake mix 1can diet sprite, also done one box brownie mix and about 1/2 can of diet coke.

I just try and find the lowest calorie cake mix.  I have heard they make splenda cake mixes but have not been able to find them in my area yet.  Maybe could find online not sure.  I did however find a splenda cake mix at a salvage grocery that I bought.  It was a white cake mix so I will try that prob with a diet 7-up or diet sprite.  You just get creative with the flavors.

I have used the low sugar cake mixes. They are are regular brand but can't remember if it is Duncan Hines or Better Crocker. They come in chocolate, white and yellow. Theya re yummy but not sugar free.
