Need Turkey Jerky Recipe

Hello everyone! I have 2 huge turkeys in my freezer and do not know what to do with them! I was hoping to make turkey jerky. Does anyone have a decent recipe? I don;t want to just pick any random one of the internet. Thanks!

I wish I knew how to make this.  lol lol  I love jerkey and although I have never had turkey jerkey i bet it is good.  I have heard of people baking it in oven on really low degree to make jerkey.  I would not even know where to began how to season it.  I hope someone will post a recipe to you.

I use to make turkey jerky

Soy sauce
onion powder
garlic powder
red pepper flakes
brown sugar
liquid smoke

no measurement just glugs of this and that.

Put it on the drier and BINGO jerky

I liked mine very thin so they came our crispy
