Hi.  I have added unflavored protein powder to any instant pudding.  I haven't tried it with the kind you have to cook or the ready made.  You mix the protein powder with the milk, then add it to the pudding mix.   The last one I made was instant banana cream pudding with banana cream pudding protein powder (Vitalady.com).

You might want to try this one:  Mix two scoops protein powder (I use Any Whey)  to a large carton of Fraga yogurt in a large bowl.  Add sugar free pudding of your choice and 1 1/2 cups milk or water (I am lactose intolerant so I use water and it turns out fine).  Mix well.  Chill and later top with sugar free Cool Whip.

I used the cup of SF Chocolate pudding, adding one scoop (21g) of Whey Protein Powder (unflavored).  Mixed it up in a bowl, and it was great. Thicker consistency, but not taste difference.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I buy the SF ready made Chocolate pudding.  Pour it in a bowl.  Then I put in one scoop of
Chocolate Protein Powder.  When you mix it, it gets runny.  To remedy this, I put it in the freezer and wait for it to freeze through.  It is sooo good.
