Atkins Low Carb Protein Shakes...
They are the only shakes I like. I am 7 weeks out and drink them daily for the extra protein. I also add Anywhey unflavored protein to the Atkins to give me extra protein. I have tried others as other responded have suggested and just can't stand them. It's a personal preference. I've discussed it with the dietician and they have had no problem with it.
