I use just the normal chili recipe a little of this a little of that, no true measurements.
meat, onions, chili powder,cumin, tomatoe sauce (or chopped tomatoes), a bottle of dark beer, beans (kidney, chick peas, black, white, what ever you like the more the better) sometimes I will add sliced carrots or mushrooms.
I usually make a huge pot and put in freezer bags and take out a couple of days worth every now and then.
If it needs a little kick, I will add some habanero hot sauce to my bowl, yum!

1lb lean ground chicken
1 small onion diced
1 cup of red hot (or whichever hot sauce you favor)
3 Tbsp lite butter
8 whole lettuce leafs
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
Lite ranch for dipping
In a medium frying pan, sauté onions until semi soft (7-10 min) then add chicken and coo****il browned. Then add butter and hot sauce and cook on low for 5 minutes. Top each leaf of lettuce with 2TBSP of blue cheese and 3oz of chicken mixture. Fold like a taco and enjoy!
