Beef Tip Stroganoff

1 pack of lean beef tips
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can fat free cream of mushroom
8 oz's wheat pasta (I used rigotoni sp?)
1/2 cup fat free sour cream

Boil pasta meanwhile Brown beef tips in pan with pam.  Chop up onion and pepper and add to beef tips.  In sauce pan mix can of mushroom soup and sour cream and heat until creamy.  When beef tips are browned and onions & peppers are softer add soup mixture to meat.  Drain pasta and mix in with soup mixture and meat.  You can crunch up wheat crackers on top or bread cumbs if you like and bake on 350 for about 30 min.
