Mexican Pasta Bake
8oz whole wheat pasta
1 lb lean ground meat
1 onion
¼ lite cream cheese block
1 jar chunky salsa
Brown ground meat and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain meat if needed. Boil pasta. When pasta and meat are done drain well and mix together. You might not have to use the whole lb of meat. (this will save on calories if you don’t use the whole lb) Cube up the ¼ cream cheese mix into pasta and meat until melted. Add at least ½ jar of salsa and mix again. Bake at 350 for about 20 min.
