Hear me roar posted a roast in the crock pot recipie using balsamic vinegar so I bought a bottle and made that (WONDERFUL btw) and did not know what else to use it in.  So went on a hunt for recipies using it.  Found this baked crispy tenders (well I tweeked it with the crackers instead of bread crumbs and a few other things) and it called for the vinegar.  I have also used balsamiv vinegar on pork to.  It really adds a nice taste to me.
