Black Bean Salsa   Makes 12 ¼ cup servings 1 can (15oz) black beans rinsed & drained 1 can (10oz) ro-tel tomatoes ½ cup shoe peg corn ¼ cup finely chopped red onion ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 tbsp line juice ¼ tsp ground cumin   Mix all ingredients in med bowl. Cover & refrigerate 30 min or overnight. To make
