I saw a crockpot recipe using frozen chicken I was going to make and I can't find it anywhere.  Does anyone have it or remember seeing it somewhere?

Thanks,

I am six months out and still need really moist chicken--so here are my favorites with frozen chicken and crock pots.  Start all by putting frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot, add 1/2 cup broth or water and then...
1.  add one can refried beans and 1/2 jar salsa
2.  add one small can green salsa verde --taste like chili verde, the easy way
3.  add one can cream of celery soup and 1 tsp Italian seasoning
4.  add one can cranberry sause, one chopped onion
5.  add 1/4 jar alfredo sause or spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup parm cheese at end when served
6.  slice fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and one onion,  add salt and pepper
Put on lide, 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low/medium.  Good luck.

Hi Kim--they are all different recipes--all start with chicken ( 2 pieces up to a whole chicken, depending on how many you need to feed--for the two of us I use 2 breasts and I always have left overs) and a little liquid in the bottom of the crock.  Then add sometihing from one of the lists.  Then cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low/medium for 6-8 hours.  You can vary what you use for the sauce a lot, depends on what you have in your cabinets.  Email me if you have questions, we all start somewhere.  Enjoy.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

Directions
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve with rice for your family....no rice for you kiddo!!! eat like a soup!!

Thanks to both of you.....here's the one I was looking for but I also saved ya'lls recipes too.
