You are a rude, mean person. T has been very helpful to many people. If you don't like his recipes don't use them. I see that your profile is private and has very little information on it. How convenient for you to come on here and slam people and yet stay anonymous.
Please return to obscurity.

My question is where is your medical degree and how much weight have you lost? And don't give me your mumbo jumbo about working on the mental, I am. Of course I tried that alone before too and it didn't work either. It took my surgery to get the weight disappearing. So before you start talking all the talk, how about you be a little more polite to those on here who have walked the walk. Is every one of T's recipes for me? No they aren't but that is the beauty of being an intelligent adult, who is capable of thinking for myself. I take what I want and leave the rest. Many of T.s recipes are great low carb versions and very tasty to boot.  And they are not all as fat laden as the Bacon Explosion.  He has been a very supportive and giving member of this forum for awhile and while we may not all agree with everything he says or does, T is a part of our family and we tend to watch out for each other.

You have been rude and blunt so I will be too. If you are so messed up in the head that you have to attack a stranger to get your jollies then you will never pass your psyche eval. to get the surgery. So unwad your big girl panties and put them on. You are an adult and its time you take responsibility for your own choices and issues.

Having the time of my life!

Dear momma,

I already had my phyc eval.  I slipt right past 'em.  Fooled 'em but good.

I'm gettin' better though. ....I used to be a compulsive axe murderer.

Now...all I did was come here to find a recipe for somthing crunchy like toast to dip in my egg except with no or low carbs and low fat, high protein.

Have you noticed that protein doesn't tend to be crunchy?  It is more squishy and soft.  Kinda like like my butt.

I miss the crunch.  ... (I used to have a crunch butt...back in tha day...but that's a whole 'nuther story.)

Sooooo, I log on and go to.....ready?   ....   I go to: Forums.....WEIGHT LOSS RELATED.......Recipes.
[Please Note that I did not go to:  Forum......Lard Ass.....Recipes.]

And what do I find right there right out where everyone can see?  A Huge Lard Roll. Not even hidden in the closet oe behinf the sofa but right out there in plain sight!!  for all to see!!!

So I says to myself....What the hell is someone posting a Lard Roll recipe for on a weight loss board for us porkers to see?!!  And look at all these new WLS folks drooling over it!!!!! ....and thinkin' that they can eat it now that their pork dreams have been validated by someone that say he is there to help!  Sound like tha devils work ta me!

So I thinks to meself......This can not be!....So I gives him a little bit of my mind and don't ya know it ... everyone starts defending the Lard Roll dude....Except for a few folks that know I'm just being me, giggled a lil bit ..... and actually steered me clear to some healthy bread that I can toast and other such healthy crunchiosities.  Sprout Bread...can ya believe it?

I already had my RNY surgery in December.  I too am not only working on my head, but excercising and nutritional education [and what did I learn?......No Lard Rolls Allowed!!]

I'm down 65-70 lbs so far but I was working on my head a long time before.  Now didn't you know before the surgery that you was eating for reasons other than nutrition?  Come on...tell the truth.....you knew it....seee?  And you knew the weight was not 'causea no stinkin' genes...or thyroidals an such...least for most folk.

Me too.  and I know...deeeep deep down inside that there ain't no reason on this here green earth for nobody, nohow, to be posting recipes for Lard Rolls.  I don't care what they say...just tain't no reason whatsoev'r. No Duodendulum surgery, no nothin'!!  I just know down deep that their doc's did not tell them to go home and eat Lard Rolls!!  I just know it!!

Sooooo...ever since I posted about the Lard Roll.....I have just been responding to bashers and Hug Nazis. { Like hugging is gonna get me to keep from eating a whole lard roll.]  Some one gives me a hug..... they better be prepared to finish da job if ya know what I mean... ah- hem...

So anyways....There ya have it.

You and me see...we had our surgeries close to the same time and I want to be successful meaninf not wanting to eat ..... and I want you ta be too.....So No Lard Rolls....K?     ...

K.

Alleygnat, do you have a recipe you would like to post on the RECIPE FORUM?  Please feel free.
It's your right.  Just like it is our right to read it, and then post comments.  I would truely love to see what you can contribute besides hate and discontent.
If your upset, go to another forum and gripe.
I'm a large woman.  I was 2 lbs shy of 500.  That was 2yrs ago.  I lost 46 on my own, and then had RNY.  Since then, I'm now in the high 200's.  Everyone has a story, and everyone is full of courage.  There is no need to be rude, ugly or hateful.
I use this forum to get ideas, and possibly make new friends in the process.  I'm thankful for the bloggers of this forum.
I'm also thankful for you.  Because I forgot just how rude strangers can be.

But Hun,

There is a difference between rude and keeping it real.

NO LARD LOGS

They are good for us.  No way...No how.

Good luck and congrats on your weight loss
