Chicken stir-fry low cal/ high protien

 

Ingredients
4 oz Chicken Breast
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen Green Beans
1 cup fresh cabbage/carrot mix
1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Mrs dash (Table Blend)


Directions
Cut chicken into 1/4 " thick strips fry chicken, cabbage, and green beans in chicken broth until chicken is fully cooked add vinegar and sprinkle with dash continue to coo****il all liquid is gone

This morning at 6:00 a.m. I had my usual banana...Now its 9:30 a.m. and I am hungry so I fixed myself 3 slices of turkey bacon...Eating plain, no bread....Lunch I am eating a salad...Supper tonight is going to be Barbecued chicken tenderloin strips...Am making my own barbecue sauce...Will also have potatoes, onions and lite butter, baked in foil...
