Cheesy Mushroom Fish Bake

I found this recipe on the Kraft site and the whole family enjoyed it....

Cheesy Mushroom Fish Bake

1 lb. (450 g) frozen haddock fillets (Do not thaw.) 2 Tbsp.  KRAFT SIGNATURE Classic Herb Dressing 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup  KRAFT 3 Cheese Mexicana Finely Shredded Cheese 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

 

HEAT oven to 450°F. Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.

BAKE 25 min.; top with mushrooms and cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork.

SPRINKLE with parsley.

Substitute Prepare using hailbut or cod fillets.

I love Kraft recipes they are so easy,....another great one is carnation evaporated milk, that web-site has some awesome recipes too.
I love fish and I love cheese not sure I like them together.  I am going to have to try this one.
