need Noodle-less Lasagna recipe

I did this yesterday...

first I mix part-skim ricotta, some fresh parmesan, and a couple of egg whites with some minced garlic and italian seasonings and put in the fridge to "firm up" a little.

Then brown 1 lb of ground beef and drain. Mix w/ your choice of pasta sauce - I use 4 cheese by Bertolli or the store brand.

in glass baking pan, layer -

meat/pasta sauce mixture
fresh spinach leaves
ricotta mixture
fresh mushrooms and black olives
provolone/mozzarella blend
and repeat... ending w/ some pasta sauce and topping with shredded cheese

bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes.

(Of course, this can be made totally veggie, but my family likes the meat.)
